Home Depot was not willing to work with me at all and said that it would take about 5 days for someone to install a new front door. Unacceptable. I contacted Lowe’s and they said the same thing but they gave me a website to find local contractors in the area. Tim called me in less than 10 minutes and gave me a clear concise breakdown of the process and cost. Guy,his roof repairman was in front of my house at 8am on the dot the next morning and did an extremely thorough job of fixing all the issues with the roof. "We were in a bind as we needed to have a minor roof repair completed as a condition of selling our property. The closing date was in three business days. It was a particularly bad time to hire a roofing company as the area had recently experienced a tropical storm that had left many roofs requiring repair. No other roofing company considered our small job large enough take on. Thankfully, Tim Parks agreed to do the work, and at a reduced cost. Not only did he do the minor repair, he also fixed some other issues with the roof, all within the required deadline. As a result, we were able to close the property on time.
